Kindly note that all returns and refunds would be subject to the following conditions
Returns & Refunds for Undamaged Products
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
We provide detailed descriptions of our coffee blends to help you choose the one best suited to your taste. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the coffee you’ve received, we’re happy to offer a refund.
Please include the reason for your return when placing the request.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Coffee equipment from Gaggia, Jura, Saeco, Magister, and Eureka is eligible for a refund only if returned in new and unused condition.

Replacement Policy for Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it, provided the replacement request is made within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
The replacement item must be of equal or higher value than the original product.
Returns & Refunds for Damaged Products
Damaged products are eligible for a 100% refund, provided the return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date the refund process is initiated.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped via registered courier services.
You will be notified of the shipment date once your order is placed.
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
To ensure same-day dispatch on these days, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon).
Once dispatched, orders typically take 5–6 working days to be delivered.
Please note: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, www.thecoffeeco.in is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service provider.
International Orders:
International customers can contact us at customercare@thecoffeeco.in for any orders. We would get back to you within 48 hours with all the relevant details. International Courier charges will extra. the customer will have to ensure clearing of the product on arrival at the closest AIRPORT/SEAPORT.

1. Arbitration
If any dispute arises between you and www.thecoffeeco.in during your use of the Website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions the dispute shall be first referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by www.thecoffeeco.in. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
2. Applicable law:
The laws of India shall apply and courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers. www.thecoffeeco.in reserves the right to make changes to the website and the terms, conditions and privacy policy at any time and without information to the customers/users of the services/website of www.thecoffeeco.in. Users are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions contained herein.
