ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE?

At The Coffee Co., we are passionate coffee roasters, curators, and creators dedicated to crafting memorable coffee experiences. Rooted in tradition yet driven by innovation, we bridge the gap between estate-fresh coffee and modern brewing. Our journey begins at the source — in the hills of Chikmagalur— where our beans are handpicked with care and grown under shade using sustainable farming practices.

We’re more than just a coffee company — we’re a community of enthusiasts, artisans, and storytellers who believe that every cup tells a tale. Whether it’s your morning ritual or an afternoon escape, we’re here to make sure it’s brewed just right.

WHAT WE DO?

The Coffee Co. is a full-spectrum coffee brand that roasts, blends, and brews. We offer freshly roasted coffee beans, handcrafted coffee blends, Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules, and signature hot chocolate for both retail and hospitality. From our roastery in Mangalore, head office in Mumbai & our artisanal cafés across Mumbai, Goa & Ahmedabad, we focus on preserving the purity, consistency, and character of every bean we roast. From Importing Automatic Coffee Machines , Semi- Automatic Coffee Machines & Coffee Grinders , Bean to Cup Coffee Machines & Professional Coffee Machines from Italy and Switzerland we ensure that the customer is ensured of the best possible coffee solution.

Our blends — like Southern Estate, Morning Dew, and REA — cater to all palates, from those who like their coffee mellow and aromatic to those who prefer bold and robust. We also cater to traditional preferences with Uravu Premium Filter Coffee, curated for the perfect South Indian filter experience at home. Our expertise also extends to cafe collaborations with hotels, cafés, and corporate partners, ensuring customized solutions with the same premium quality.

OUR STORY

The Coffee Co. was born from a simple, soulful idea: to make great coffee accessible, traceable, and unforgettable. Founded by Mr. Gerson Aranha- Coffee Enthusiast  with deep roots in coffee cultivation and a love for storytelling, our brand was created to celebrate the craft — from bean to brew. Starting with a single roastery in Mangalore, we built our foundation on quality, relationships, and a deep respect for origin.

Every blend we create is a chapter in our journey — a reflection of where we come from and who we are. Our house blends are made from estate-sourced, shade-grown Arabica beans, often handpicked and sorted to preserve their natural character. We roast in small batches to ensure freshness, maintain flavor integrity, and uphold our commitment to sustainable practices.

From cozy café collaborations in premium hotel lounges like Artisan- Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Cafe Deli-Tel- Novotel Ahmedabad,The Little Place- Novotel Candolim Goa  & Brew Code- Holiday Inn Andheri and online offerings, The Coffee Co. continues to evolve — but always with the same purpose: to serve you coffee that feels personal, tastes exceptional, and tells a story worth sipping.

To share our passion for great coffee with the world humbly, as evangelists our obsession and constancy without discrimination.

True to the Cup

Whatever we do has to have zero negative impact on final cup. No dishonest shortcuts to make quick profits.

Consistent

Put processes in place. Stick with people. Stick with places. Stick with customers. Don’t let your mood or the weather change who you are being, or what you’re offering.

Genuine

Until you don’t feel it, don’t say it or do it. And if you say it, make sure you start to feel it, and begin to do the same. Consistency weaves through our thoughts, feelings, words and actions.

Humble Authority

We might know more than the customer or anybody else in the world, which shouldn’t be a matter of pride, but of generosity. Without being condescending, we can share our genuine love for coffee with the intention that the other person falls deeper in love with coffee.

Evolving

Be open to new ideas. New ways to bring that cup to our clients. Be the authority, but also be a learner. Constantly growing, only so that we can constantly enrich the lives of our customers.

You can’t fake good coffee. Or genuine intentions. You might get some people to agree with your idea of good coffee, but you can’t swing the discerning. You can’t get them to fall in love with the first cup they encounter. No way.

You can expect the discerning to know a medium roast from a dark, and a single estate from a blended. And a French pressed coffee from an aeropressed. And definitely nothing chicory for these palates. They will travel the world, taste the coffees along the Champs-Élysées, and the Prague, and finally come back home to a coffee from a local estate.
Or maybe not. To each their own.
One thing’s for sure, when they find their perfect cup, they want it just the way it is, until eternity.

No change in crop, or grade of roast, or clogging of their coffee machine to ruin their go-to cup. And that’s how we like to keep our coffee.

Not trying to impress everybody and anybody. Just keeping the ones who fall in love with our coffee, in love with our coffee forever. Keeping everything the same.

The crop. The process. The roast. The brewing. Everything consistent. And we can only do this with a focus on being true to that one cup. From start to end. You will find us genuinely interested in giving you a great cup of coffee. With a fanatical focus on consistency.
With an adamant emphasis on meddling in the roasting. With an unstoppable urge to train baristas, and keep our machines in peak shape. Pouring our hearts into every cup.
We are focussed on sharing our love for coffee with the world.

Helping the world find their one true cup
