And then, like a whispered secret, the word ‘Uravu’ drifted into our conversation. A casual mention, yet it lingered in our minds like the sweet aroma of our coffee. We discovered that Uravu, a tender Tamil word, means ‘relationship’ or ‘bond’ – a definition that resonated deeply with our vision.

Inspired by the intricate, swirling patterns of traditional South Indian muggu (rangoli) designs, our logo blossomed into being, a vibrant celebration of the spirit of URAVU

HOW TO BREW THE PERFECT FILTER KAAPI

Coffee Amount

Add 3 Teaspoons of filter coffee in a coffee jar

Water Volume

Fill the upper portion with 70ml of hot water and cover it with lid

Brew Time

Let the coffee brew for 15 mins and your coffee decoction is at the bottom container

Hot Milk

Pour 40ml of filter coffee decoction and 80ml of hot milk in a jug. 8-10gms of sugar optional

Coffee Cup

Pour the mix in a serving cup back and forth and then into a cup so that the filter coffee comes with the desired froth
